I am a DIY guy, but I have never worked with water softeners. I called and asked a few questions and talked to Nick. I think it was pretty obvious right from the start of the conversation that I wasn't a paying customer, that I just needed some information about what was needed in my area. Nick answered all my questions and then some! He took the time to make sure to explain common pitfalls and extra things I could do. He even gave me some suggestions on settings that would save me money on my salt. If I screw this up, I can't imagine a better company that I would want to handle my needs then somebody who goes above and beyond, even when I'm not a paying customer.
